More info

OxyMin® Flex: Highly concentrated liquid bovine tracheal cartilage is rich in glycosaminoglycans such as chondroitin and glucosamine sulphate.

Until relatively recent times human beings regularly chewed on bones as a normal part of their diet, inadvertently ingesting regular amounts of cartilage. Urbanisation and processed foods have led to a large drop in our natural cartilage intake. When cartilage is digested it releases chondroitin sulphate, glucosamine sulphate and other Glycosaminoglycans (GAGs) for use by the body.

Research indicates that bovine cartilage in the liquid form, has greater efficacy and is far more bio-available (that is more readily absorbed by the digestive system) than powdered bovine cartilage. The Australian Bovine industry is recognised world wide for being hormone and chemical residue free.

At OxyMin®, we source our cartilage only from abattoirs that can guarantee this by having stringent residue testing regimes in place. OxyMin® Flex is manufactured using a gentle biological process in a plant which conforms to a Quality Assurance Program and is overseen by Australian Quarantine Inspection Service (AQIS).
