HealthWise® L-Choline Bitartrate contains 99% pure pharmaceutical grade L-Choline amino acid powder. No more than 1% silica is added as an excipient. 

L-Choline Bi-tartrate is a key amino acid that supports lipolytic pathways within the liver.

Premenopausal women may need less choline from their food than children or other adults because estrogen induces the gene that catalyses the biosynthesis of choline.

Interesting fact: Choline bitartrate provides about 7 times as much choline as the more commonly used phosphatidylcholine supplements and up to 10 times as much choline as lecithin, although as stated, not all crosses the BBB.

Note:  The above measurements display the amount of milligrams per amino equivalent to a 5ml metric teaspoon. Powders are loosely filled, levelled but not compacted.

HealthWise® Amino Powders are pure pharmaceutical grade powders and are packed by weight not volume, without the use of fillers or flowing agents. Some of the powders are slightly hygroscopic (retain moisture) and this can result in clumping. This can be broken apart with a spoon before taking or dissolved in water.

SERVING SUGGESTION:

As a dietary supplement take ½ to 1 teaspoon before meals. May stack with L-Carnitine Tartrate powder pre-workout for best results. 

TIPS:

It is generally thought it is better to take during the day as Choline at night is known to keep some people awake, although some people find it enhances lucid dreaming.
